Do you have a Website for your Rep Business?
If not, you are giving away sales.

In today's business world, a website is an essential extension of you and your business.

Large corporations and small businesses alike expect reputable Reps or Rep Agencies to have a professional looking website.  If they do not, it sends up warning signals.  While only 5-7 years ago, a website may have been considered by many to be a nice add-on marketing tool for a business, customers now expect an attractive and professional looking website.  If there is no website, many companies will begin questioning how successful a Rep or Rep Agency really is or if they are a fly-by-night business that will disappear with their valuable product samples.

The good news is that nowadays, you can quickly and easily create your own professional website without being a programmer and for less money than you probably spend on stationery.

Here is how to get started:

Step 1:  Register your Domain Name (www.myrepbusiness.com)

We highly recommend highly GoDaddy.com.

You might know GoDaddy for their Super Bowl commercials or their NASCAR sponsorship of Danica Patrick.  GoDaddy is one of the premier Domain Name Registrars in the world.

There are a lot of Domain Name Registrars on the internet and we use GoDaddy ourselves for a few reasons.  The top reason is security.  GoDaddy offers a wide array of services to not only register your domain name, but to protect it as well as your personal information.  The next reason is cost.  GoDaddy offers domain name registration for anywhere from $7 per year.  Another reason is their U.S. based support staff.  You can call GoDaddy at any time or submit a support ticket through their website and they usually replay within about 4 hours.

The last reason is the huge amount of services they offer.  In addition to registering your domain name, they offer a long line of other services including domain name certification (which verifies your contact details), domain privacy (which protects your personal info), auto-renewal (so you don't lose your domain name), and many many.

Visit GoDaddy.com and register your domain name today!

Step 2:  Select a Hosting Company to Host your Website

We also highly recommend HostGator.com.

We use HostGator ourselves and they offer top quality reliable website hosting at an extremely affordable price.  They have a fantastic support staff that is located right here in the United States and they offer just about every type of hosting related service you could ask for.

Now, if you do not know how to design and program your own website (which most of us don't), HostGator also has their own easy to use Website Builder that you can use to build your own website quickly and easily in the comfort of your own home or office with no stress.  There are lots of attractive design templates to choose from and there are plenty of options to customize your website the way you want it.

Visit HostGator.com and enter
Coupon Code: "MFGREPSFORUM" for 25% off!

***  Note:  GoDaddy does actually offer their own Website Hosting service and they also have their own do-it-yourself Website Builder tool as well.  It's not that we don't recommend these extra services, we just have not actually used them ourselves.  Not yet anyway Big smile

Happy website building!

do you have an example of a rep agency website you could share?
I'd like to see some examples.

Thank you

I'm not a sales rep = I'm a business partner.
