I am new to the rep business but not new to sales. I have 25 years experience in the construction industry ranging from building design, general contracting, sales of specialized building products, and business development for architectural firms - I'm a registered architect and licensed contractor, have owned my own business, and I primarily want to sell to the industry now
 

I am looking for new lines - especially green build products

 
I'm looking for some top notch building products to market in Florida and the Southeast  - let me hear from you

I am new to this forum. Are there any products you have a specific interest in?  I am an independent rep and distributor for various building materials projects. We focus on multi-family, hospitality and commercial projects--High volume.

Hi, I am a manufacturers rep in Canada. I mostly deal with European products, 99% of which is lighting. An old friend of mine got me involved in the interior door business. We have the exclusive rights for North America and are seeking partners across the US and part of Canada. WE don't work in the "me boss you Minion" we are a co-op. All the reps full commissions and run their own business. We retain the rights contract individual territories only. Florida is on our target list, as well as Illinois, New York, and California. We have done the same in Canada, developing the major markets first and then branching out. The goal is to make these first additions to the group as the regional key members. Just in one year in the Toronto are we have passed 1Million in sales. Commissions can vary from 3% to 20%. The reps make the decision on the rate for the job.
The product is stunning, and unique.

The exclusive rights are for what products?  Interior doors?  I currently am employed by a manufacturer and am looking at becoming a mfg. rep.  I am in the initial stages but will probably have to do both at the same time.  What requirements are you looking for?
